We are Caroline and Neil, two devoted dog owners from different backgrounds who have come together to create an amazing dog treat box for pet parents who value quality, affordability, and convenience. Our journey started with a shared love for dogs and a commitment to provide them with the best treats possible.

Meet Neil
Neil is our creative genius and a seasoned entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the seafood industry. Having been around dogs his entire life, Neil has a special knack for winning over even the most hesitant pups. His extensive background in food production made it a natural transition for him to develop our delicious, healthy, high-quality dog treats. And if that wasn’t impressive enough, Neil together with his spouse Gail are also the proud owners of Bow Wow Country Club, a beloved doggy daycare and boarding facility. Their passion for dogs and deep understanding of their needs are at the heart of everything we do.

Meet Caroline, our guru animal whisperer and the engine that keeps our gears turning. Caroline’s not just an "animal-loving enthusiast"; she’s obsessed with the good stuff. She’s seen firsthand that the secret to a pet's long, happy (and less stinky) life starts with top-tier food. No compromises here. With a decade + of experience in strategic wizardry (fancy talk for management and marketing), she makes sure all the behind-the-scenes chaos looks effortlessly smooth. Think of her as the maestro of our operations. When you reach out, you’re not getting a robot; you’re chatting with Caroline. She’s our friendly gatekeeper and problem-solver-in-chief, always ready to tackle your questions and make sure you and your pet feel like part of the family.
